مع استحقاق تقديم تقرير لجنة تقصّي الحقائق بشأن ما جرى من عمليات قتل وإبادة في الساحل السوري، قامت – ولا تزال تقوم – عناصر أمنية تابعة لسلطة الأمر الواقع في دمشق، والمتمثلة بتحالف “داعش والقاعدة وفلولهما”، بإجبار ذوي الضحايا الذين قُتلوا على يد عناصر الأمن العام التابع لها، على التوقيع على وثائق تُفيد بأن أبناءهم تُوفّوا وفاة طبيعية لأسباب متعددة، أو لأسباب لا علاقة لها بحقيقة مقتلهم.
كما تعمل هذه السلطة على إلصاق الجرائم بعناصر أو جماعات أخرى، في محاولة منها للتنصّل من مسؤولياتها.
وحيث إن سلطة تحالف قوى الإرهاب الدولي العابر، المدعومة دولياً والمتمركزة في دمشق، هي المتّهم الوحيد بعمليات القتل والإبادة والمجازر المرتكبة بحق العلويين والعلويات في الساحل السوري والغاب وحمص، فإنه من غير المنطقي تكليف المتّهم نفسه بتقديم تقرير “محايد” عن جريمته.
الأمر الذي ينفي عن هذا التقرير صفتي الحيادية والمهنية، كونه صادراً عن الجهة نفسها التي ارتكبت جرائم الإبادة.
وعليه، نؤكّد مجدداً مطلبنا السابق بإنشاء لجنة تحقيق دولية محايدة، تضم مختصّين وبرنامجاً لحماية الشهود، للتحقيق في جرائم الإبادة الجماعية المرتكبة في الساحل السوري والغاب وحمص، إضافةً إلى إنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية خاصة لمحاكمة مرتكبي تلك الجرائم.
كما ننوّه إلى ما وردنا قبل يومين، وتأكد لدينا بشكل نهائي اليوم، من قيام سلطة الأمر الواقع – المتمثّلة بتحالف التنظيمات التكفيرية الجهادية السلفية – منذ عدة أيام، بإجبار موظفات وموظفي معمل الألبسة في بلدة برمانا المشائخ – التابعة لمدينة الشيخ بدر – على تفصيل ثلاثة آلاف بدلة عسكرية مشابهة لزيّ الجيش السوري السابق.
وذلك في محاولة لطمس المسؤولية عن جرائم الإبادة التي حدثت، أو لتبرير أي عمليات مشابهة قادمة، عبر نسبتها إلى ما يُسمّى:
“فلول النظام”
While it is due to submit the report of the Fact-Finding Committee regarding the killings and genocide that took place in the Syrian coast, security personnel affiliated to the de facto authority in Damascus, represented by Al_Qaedeh ISIS“ coalition, was and is still forcing the families of the victims who were killed by its public security personnel, to sign documents stating that their children died because of various natural reasons, or for reasons unrelated to the fact that they were killed.
This authority also trys to pin crimes on other members or groups, in an attempt to evade its responsibilities.
Whereas the authority of the coalition of international terrorist forces, supported internationally and based in Damascus, is the only one accused of the killings, genocide and massacres committed against Alawites on the Syrian coast, Al-Ghab and Homs. It is illogical to assign the same accused party to submit a “neutral” report on its crime.
This negates the neutrality and professionalism of this report, as it was issued by the same party that committed the genocide.
Accordingly, we reaffirm our previous demand to establish an impartial international investigation committee, including specialists and a witness protection program, to investigate genocide crimes committed in the Syrian coast, Ghab, and Homs, in addition to establishing a special international criminal court to judge the perpetrators of these crimes.
We also note what we received two days ago, and we have confirmed once and for all today, that the de facto authority – represented by the coalition of Salafist Takfiri jihadist organizations –have bern forcing female and male employees of the clothing factory for several days, in the town of Broummana Al-Mashaykh – affiliated to the city of Sheikh Badr, to tailor three thousand military suits similar to the previous regime army uniforms.
This is an attempt to evade responsibility for the committed genocide, or to justify any similar operations to come, by attributing them to what is called:
“Remnants of the regime”
