في ظل توارد أنباء وشائعات بشأن احتمال القيام بأعمال تخريبيه مسلحه في مناطق الساحل السوري والغاب وحمص، ومع تعذر التحقق من مدى مصداقية هذه المعلومات، ندعو أهلنا في هذه المناطق الى التزام المنازل والحيطة وتجنب الانجرار إلى أي شكل من أشكال العمل المسلح تحت أي ظرف كان. إذ إن أي تحرك مسلح في الوقت الراهن قد يكون مدبرًا بهدف تبرير عمليات القتل الجماعي التي حدثت وتحدث، خصوصًا بعد أن طلبت سلطات الأمر الواقع في دمشق تمديد عمل اللجنة المكلفة بالتحقيق في هذا الشأن.
و نوجه تحذيراً واضحاً إلى سلطات الأمر الواقع بشأن العواقب المترتبة على أي تصعيد تقوم به، ونحملها كامل المسؤولية عن أي انتهاكات أو أعمال قتل ترتكب بحق العلويين العزل في بيوتهم ومناطقهم. ونكرر مطالبتنا بالوقف الفوري لجميع الانتهاكات، والتحرك الجاد نحو وضع إطار واضح للعدالة الانتقالية، بما يتماشى مع أحكام القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان.
In light of Recent reports and rumors regarding the possibility of armed sabotage operations in the Syrian coastal region, al-Ghab, and Homs, and due to the difficulty in verifying the credibility of such information, we urge our people in these areas to remain at home, exercise caution, and avoid being drawn into any form of armed action under any circumstances. Any such armed activity at this time may be orchestrated with the intent of justifying ongoing and past mass killings, especially following the request by the de facto authorities in Damascus to extend the mandate of the committee assigned to investigate this matter.
We issue a clear warning to the de facto authorities regarding the consequences of any escalation they may undertake, and we hold them fully responsible for any violations or acts of violence committed against unarmed Alawite civilians in their homes and communities. We reiterate our demand for an immediate halt to all violations and for serious steps to be taken toward establishing a clear framework for transitional justice in accordance with international human rights law.
